From Classroom to Community
Buzzy Network began in 2025 when three 18-year-old students—Bo Bailey, Luke LeMay, and Brody Mitchell—developed the concept in a business class at Pope John Paul II High School.
They noticed a disconnect: they and their peers were eager to gain work experience and make a difference, but struggled to find opportunities that worked with their schedules and valued their contributions. At the same time, local organizations and businesses were looking for enthusiastic help but didn't know how to connect with teens or create age-appropriate roles.
The three friends decided to create a platform that would bridge this gap. They started small, with just their classmates and a few local businesses in their hometown.
Today, Buzzy Network is rapidly expanding, helping teens find purpose-driven work while supporting the organizations that need their energy and fresh perspectives.
